HOW TO START A SPIRITUAL JOURNAL: BENEFITS OF KEEPING ONE
Do any of you keep a journal?
I keep one where I write down things that have happened, things I want to improve or work on and pretty much because it releases tension getting things on paper and helps me with my relationship. My words always come better on paper and yes my boyfriend reads it to help me with things.
Today's check in is about journal writing-
We’re all spiritual beings, but sometimes we forget to take some time for ourselves. Spiritual journaling is a great way to get in touch with who you are and what you want out of life.
It’s also an opportunity for deep introspection and reflection. Spiritual journaling can be done in many different ways – it doesn’t have to be complicated!

I don't journal often but I like to write down song lyrics / quotes. It is honestly a very euphoric process for me, I don't really know why. XD
