Self Care

Life can become very busy, things can get tight and you might just focus on accomplishing all your tasks but this can pull you into a deep black hole of hopelessness and frustration.

Never ever ever give up your self-care but define what it means to you and don’t be afraid to adjust it. Self-care is your relationship with yourself. It also mirrors our relationship with your life and the people in it. When we start to de-prioritize our own self-care, for the sake of our careers, friendships, and relationships, we’re inevitably just one step away from the spontaneous combustion of the life we’ve worked so hard to build.
