Hello, 35+ people! Welcome to week 4 of April!

Today we are going to be talking a little bit about highs and lows in our lives, and how we can learn important life lessons from our low points.

In this article by Neel Raman, he mentions how difficult it is to walk through hard times. OF COURSE, nobody enjoys going through difficult circumstances, but we can often learn valuable lessons from them, and hopefully not continue to repeat the same patterns in our lives.

Raman gives 5 reasons why low points in our lives can shape us, mold us, and help us learn to be a better person. In brief, they are: 1. Inspiration, 2. enable perseverance, 3. a greater sense of appreciation, 4. can be a turning point/"wake-up call", and 5. can reveal the people you can really count on during tough times.
