I broke up just a few days ago. And I know, I don't want him back because I don't deserve the way he treated me. He used me to over his ex and that couldn't happen that's the reason he left me... and this is one of many fuckedup things he has done to me.

But, I am just sad about the fact that I wasted so much time this guy. So much of time, energy, love that I would have given to someone else, my family, my autistic brother or even myself.

I have blocked him everywhere. But the fact that is not even trying to contact me makes me so sad.... he has done that for his ex... when his ex blocked him he called her using his friends phone. He is not doing that to me. And that makes me so restless and have extreme breakdowns. My exams are coming up I am not able to concentrate because of this. My brother's autism and his behavior is just getting worse I am not giving him proper attention. My parents are worried constantly as their one child has autism and another one is being always sad.

I am having such intense sleepless nights that I am falling sick every other day... why is he not contacting me... why didn't he love me... why did I deserve this.... I saw on one of our mutual friends instagram post they all are hanging out and having fun. He is enjoying his life. How can he do this to me? What did do wrong?

I know I don't want him back... but I am sad that he doesn't want me back either.

Please give me some suggestions on how to stop thinking about him. I am trying to keep myself busy and surround myself with the people who love and care about me. But as soon as I relax I start thinking about what all things wrong he did to me.

Ps. I am dyslexic so if there are any grammatical or spelling mistakes please forgive me. 🙏

If you really don't want him back, then why you expect him to call you and to care about you? It's okay to be still in love with him, especially if you put so much effort in making this relationship work. So, my advice is, take your time. You received a huge gift: knowing exactly how little you mean to this person. If you think you just wasted time with him, why should you waste even more time? Block him everywhere if necessary, stop checking on him. Don't expect him to come back to you. Focus on your life. If he never really cared about you while you were in a relationship, he won't after your relationship is ended. You deserve better, and you didn't anything wrong. He just wasn't the right one. Know your worth. Forgive him, not for him, but for your own sake.

This must be so tough, but I went through the same thing, and as much I don't want to say it, it will be worse before it's better, but when it's better you will be stronger then ever!!! Strong, confident, and you will be able to better find the red flags before being too attached. I hope it all works out for you.❤️

You may not feel it now, but this was a blessings. It’s easier to remove him now rather than years later. Time will help you recover. Be proud that you are a loving and caring person. Something that you should take into your next relationship. Stay strong and confident in who you are, a great person who will meet the right person someday soon.
