hello! Im bela (she/her) and ive never used an app like this. I just wanted to do couples therapy with my boyfriend online but it isn’t working out. I tried 1-1 with Rose644 who was very helpful but it said error any time i tried to 1-1 with anyone:/ im 17 can anyone walk me through this?

Unfortunately here at 7 Cups we do not provide couples therapy, and we do not provide therapy for teens. I'm pretty sure there are other websites where you can get online therapy for teens, but online couples therapy I'm not so sure about.
Of course you and your boyfriend can both chat to @Rose644 separately, or to any other listener here who can chat to teens, but that is not exactly the same as couples therapy.
It's difficult to know what to say about the error you're getting. I'll try sending you a test message, and you can try replying, to see if that works.

thank you for replying! It still says error. I can only open a conversation once before a red bar comes on the screen and tells me something is wrong and then I can’t access the chat. Thank you both for trying to help me. I think I’m going to try another app. ❤️ Goodbye!
