Bad married life
Hi ! Is anybody going through a bad married life here like me ? I am 39 female . My husband is making me more and more depressed each day ..I feel lonely , it might sound simple here but this is becoming severe for me now

@Agni05 You are not alone and it's so brave of you that you are handling everything. Let me know if you want to talk, I am available.
38M and my marriage has been ROUGH but also with so many good times and love. Last October we were ready to just call it off. This is my experience and totally respect yours and everyone else’s! But I stopped blaming her. I stopped finding her faults. Although I do see them every day I have learned to address things differently. I’ve learned to address myself and MY faults differently. She wasn’t what I needed in life and at the same time I wasn’t being what SHE needed in life as a partner and friend. Once I began working on being what she needed the switch was flipped and our partnership solidified. Things are still choppy at times but the tools we use to resolve things are a game changer. We can approach situations knowing a resolution will come or that we have differences and that it’s ok. I wish you and everyone else in this thread the best and that you find wellness and happiness!
@Agni05 So many people have this same issue and are stuck in the same situation. I hope you find a way out of it.
I am available to chat in case you need someone to talk.
I’m 45 and going through the same. Plus I just gave birth recently too. It’s really depressing. I had such dreams of a happy married life with the baby but it’s the exact opposite and I worry for my baby. And all the *** and *** posts of couples with baby’s daily life makes me even more depressed.
it is extremely lonely to be alone when you are married because your expectations is to be half of someone but instead it feels you’re just a separate piece of jigsaw that don’t fit. I can totally empathise. Sorry 😔
It’s not expecially when you have children! I’m in therapy for this an I’m a man with a daughter and a wife who stopped to love me!
Looking at your message and all the replies just made me stop crying. I see that I am not alone in this journey. I have been working on my relationship with God and praying constantly.
@Agni05 That sounds quite like my story the other way! My wife makes me feel really lonely! I am struggling with my marriage. Let's talk Agni.
Hi,
Thanks for sharing,
I feel you. It’s okay to have problems.
The mind suffers when there is no clarity, it’s so confusing.
There are ways to help get some clarity.
There a lot of related subjects going on:
-Relationship
-Age
-Loneliness
-Self Doubt
-Self esteem
Asking good questions?
Your emotions are not your husband’s?
They are yours?
It’s a fact we all feel lonely. Can’t escape.
@Agni05 I know it's not simple and could understand what you are going through. I am always available if you need someone to talk
