@zeetee17 Don't feel defeated. You're strong. You're making efforts. Some days are bad for everyone. It's normal. It's also okay to try doing something different from your routine. It might offer healing or a fresh perspective of what's disturbing you.

Same, just give it time, thats what helped me, and dont be too hard on yourself. Put a picture of your baby self on a mirror and speak to it, tell the little version of you everything you wish someone would've told you, look at the little version of yourself and be reminded how far you have made it and how much you’ve overcome. I also suggest hoining a support group, there are many virtual ones veer since covid. I hoined one and it really benefitted me

Focus on your healthy habits; I like to offer the advice of taking vitamins if your doctor OKs it. When our food intake is quality, plus exercise, believe it or not, it helps. I suffered from PTSD. Currently, my anxiety is better, even going into light waves of depression that grounds me. The depression is so soft and goes away with naps and a healthy bed schedule. Under my mental conditions, establishing healthy habits have not come easy, but I keep trying to achieve them slowly and gently, which helps to distract me from the trauma and pain too.
