How u managing After 40+ hormone changes

After turning 40+ i am *** going through lot of changes and it literally had disturbed my productivity

Hi there. To be honest, I haven't yet experienced any significant hormone changes 40+. But I'm sorry to hear that you are. I think there are treatments, so maybe your doctor can help you out?

I'm sorry, I don't understand. Are you saying you tried taking medicine? Or that you are tired of taking medicines?

@wittyMap7054 Same. I felt a small shift around 40. At 41, I felt some more significant changes. Now, on the verge of turning 44, I am feeling raging hormones and viewing the world much differently.

You don't need to be scared. As it don't happen with all. For me it smooth process they don't feel anything. It all about how r body adjust n how good uhad handle it.
