How many times recently you told someone, I am here for you?
We all need someone to be depend upon, sometimes things don't go the way they should be, so we
look someone to be there, did you feel that someone need you someday ?

I find most people who tell you they are here for you and just saying it ..... real support comes with action and not just lip service.
i have found support and good advice not from those always offering but people who step up when needed even if what is needed is tough love and telling me to look at something a different way.
