What happened to make you feel this way?

Certainly family and friends do not just start hating someone they did love.... is it depression or self loathing that have turned people off (temporarily ). I know when people are angry or mad or always down people give themselves distance  hoping  the person  will come out of their funk..... all while person  seeing them distance may make them  feel insecure about friends/ family feelings.

it is a circle that just goes down.  you cannot fix what you do not know what is wrong.  speak up talk to others and find out your fears of not being loved is self punishment not real.

It seems to me that at some point you found yourself in a difficult situation and acted in a way they didn't expect, and now you're feeling guilty, right? This happens often, and it can cause pain and unnecessary negative emotions. You had the right to act the way you did, and perhaps it was just your perception, but any decision makes sense to the person making it. So try to accept yourself and think about whether your family really hates you, or if you're just making this up yourself. Perhaps you're not very confident right now, and then you need to take a break and try to accept yourself in this position. You could probably also try talking to your family, but I don't know if that will help you accept yourself. In any case, if you believe you're right, then you have your own reasons, and they should be respected. Whatever the case, hang in there, and good luck on this difficult path.

I'm sorry that you're feeling this way. The severity of your emotions seems to be deeper than just a 'normal' funk. This sounds to me like it could be a chemical imbalance that therapy alone can't solve. Our fast paced lives and processed foods wreck havoc on our bodies that takes a physical and emotional toll. I knew someone once who was going through a very dark depression. They were eventually prescribed antidepressants along with regular therapy and it help them get over their depression.

Depression is never to be taken lightly or dismissed as a simple funk that you'll get over. I sincerely hope you get the help you need.
