I'm always angry (rant)

I'm doing my best to manage my emotions. But I can't help but feel so irritated all the time. I'm always mad. I tried keeping my cool during class. I always think, "my classmates are so annoying and they ask stupid questions". I'm trying to be mindful and realize that we all have different educational backgrounds. And I'm not perfect. I have been called on in class and I have been honest when I tell my instructor that I genuinely do not know the answer or even the slightest clue on how to approach the problem presented.

I'm a regular gym goer to manage my mood, and I take propranolol for my minor bouts of anxiety (only when I want, it's not required). But I still get irritated. I find myself saying I hate people more frequently. In reality, I am a very patient person. But when it comes to my colleagues, I expect too much from them I guess. I expect them actually to behave like a professional. School is not cheap. I don't give my time at this school to play around. I take my education and work seriously.

I'm always mad, irritable, angry. It mostly stems from my grief. But now it seems to be taking over a good part of my daily life. It's affected my ability to spend time with friends and family. Thankfully, I have a partner that understands me, and I'm comfortable with him, and I don't feel mad. He brings me peace. I don't know if I should consider CBD or some other supplement to help with my mood.

Sorry if this doesn't make any sense. I just had to let it out.
