Life is short
Well I hope we all live uptil 100 and beyond
But I cant overlook that the average human life span is 60 years.
That sort of gives me a reality check.
That perhaps I am aiming for too many things that may not be possible to accomplish in this time period and I need to priorotise.
Probably half of our time span on earth has already been spent. Could be less or more.
We are learning growing enjoying and delivering!
What do you want to do differently going forward so you can make most of your time here?
For me... I want to love deeper and better.... thats all... the permutations and combinations of dreams are really flexible.... a balance of home life & community service sounds decent.
Would love to hear from you all..

I want to stop chasing things and just celebrate being me, stop getting caught up in the business and the stress, and just embrace what opportunities come my way 💖💜

Busyness!
@Creamyyy I used tot think that I'd at least live for 70 years. The same belief went for others too. I expected my loved ones to live up to 70. Also I used to expect to die without being in pain and sick for years. I used to see me ding with a heart attack. at 70 or 80 or 90.
My thoughts changed when my grandma got a heart attack. She recovered from it and got discharged after 4 days. 2 week after that she got a blood clot in the right part of the brain so the left part of the body got paralyzed. She couldn't even talk properly because the left cheek muscles didn't work. 3 weeks later she got another heart attack. She didn't die from that though.
After 1 year from psychotherapy, she could walk with support. But needed a caregiver by her side at all times. After seeing her suffering for years I saw that things don't happen as we wish them for. I could die today from a car accident. or a natural disaster. or something else. My loved ones who are with me today might not be there tomorrow. Strong expectations will make us sad and give pain if life doesn't live up to those.
But belief is something else. The belief to live a good life. To achieve goals, to be happy, have a mission in life. Now I don't expect anything. I don't expect the party tomorrow to go perfectly nice. I don't expect my loved ones to be with me until i die. I don't think about that. I see thinking about expectations (not beliefs) as a waste of this moment.
I live in this moment. I explore, learn, cry, smile, love and do many many things. I do have goals and I work towards achieving them. and I live for myself and not for the society. I just be me. Barriers may come. That's life.
Don't get me wrong. I do believe people to love themselves more. I do believe the world to be a better place. But I don't expect it to be.
Didn't think to write this long but i guess i just did lol.
Hey that was so well articulated. I see your point. And its a pretty good one. Not keeping expectations but having positive beliefs is a good balance to achieve. Thanks for giving us this useful inspiration 💛
your grandma is a fighter. I know some people in my community as well who have had serious illnesses and hospitalisation and have endured for long without collapsing instantly. Human spirit is very resilient. @chillmoon

@Creamyyy 60?... Oh boy, I better get it together, I'm set to expire in less than a month.🥺
Some countries its in 50. Others in 70s and 80s.
There are always exceptions too.
I just hope we all live a happy life - quality over quantity 🙂💛
Yes but in my life there's no quality nor quantity unfortunately 😕 but I really miss quality 💔
