Maladaptive daydreaming

Hi, so I have an amazing progress of getting rid of maladaptive daydreaming and I got rid of triggers and I stopped feeling anxiety and fear but now I do have a little bit of anxiety that it might come back, but I'm trying to show my brain that it's over, like, that's it, we are in reality and etc. (but honestly, I still sit on the phone and stuff like that because of this anxiety 𥲠but I will try to show my brain that it's ok instead of using phone) and I talked to myself and I talked about many things that made me laugh and, I felt goosebumps when I was laughing and stuff like that... And I don't know why... Maybe it's because I'm relaxing? Or something else? I don't know but I'm pretty anxious about it so... Yeah... I don't know... But I think I will try to calm down and just focus on what surrounds me and stuff like that so I can show my brain that it's fine, that it's ok, it will not bother me again, because the state that I'm in is pretty vulnerable so, I think it might be better to calm down and just look what surrounds me and listen to the sounds, watch the birds and just lay attention to surroundings so I can focus on reality and ect.
