Is it considered cheating if your husband has been texting another woman. I recently found out by going over our phone records and seen this number that he has been texting alot. He said they just text and he loves me but I don't understand how he could if he is talking to another woman. Everything I find about this all says that this is my fault. I don't know what to do anymore

I'm sorry you're going through this, If your husband is texting another woman and it bothers you, that's a valid concern. You need to talk to him directly about it to understand what's going on and decide how to handle the situation.
I have he just says he doesn't know why he did it l.

If your husband doesn't have a clear reason for texting another woman and that's causing you distress, it's important to communicate openly about your feelings. Express how you are affected by this situation and discuss together how to move forward in a way that restores trust and understanding between you.
He knows why he did it, he just doesn't want to tell you because he knows its going to hurt you.

It is not all your fault..... it is his decision to text and continue to do it. Do you have a thought yourself about why? Have you had some disagreements or issues before or during when this happened?
He may not want to admit why ....but IMO Most know why they do these things....
I think more then ever with many ways to chat etc. It is very easy to do and so many feel it is harmless but in the end he did not consider "what if you found out". IN every situation of being caught many rely on the I do not know why or other deflection..... keep talking because sooner or later they can tell you a lot more.
I'm so sorry u are going through this.
The fact that he's not apologizing and stopping right away is a bad sign.
Take it from someone who has been in therapy for 2 years from being cheated on.
Don't ever blame yourself for the bad decisions of selfish people.
Cheating, betrayal, sneaking around, whatever you call it is NEVER okay and is ALWAYS the fault of the person who decides to do those things.
No one is ever forced to cheat and I consider what he is doing to you a huge betrayal of your relationship.
@sincerePlace8633 Absolutely, would you txt another man and get acquainted while you're married. Your husband doesn't respect you and you need to take that into consideration. If you stay they will continue to disrespect you. If you leave, you'll have peace and put into the universe what you will and will not tolerate. The right person that loves and appreciates you, wouldn't seek outside of your marriage if you were truly that important to them. Remember that. Be blessed

I understand how painful and confusing this situation can be. When I faced a similar situation, my boyfriend would text his ex and assure me they were just friends, yet he hid his phone and avoided conversations about it. I even saw a text from his ex questioning why he was with me. This behavior caused me a lot of anxiety, and he couldn't understand why it bothered me so much. He also became concerned about me talking to other men, probably because he knew his behavior was wrong....
It's important to remember that feeling hurt and betrayed is valid. Emotional infidelity can be just as damaging as physical infidelity. You deserve a partner who is open and honest with you, and it's not your fault that he chose to hide things and communicate with another woman.
Take care of yourself and prioritize your well-being. You're not alone in this.🤗
I didn't even know this was going on. He was *** and he was doing this for over a year. How can I not know, I have been attending college online full-time so I guess I have been focused on that and just not paying attention but there was nothing wrong. So my question is how can I fix something that wasn't broken. I can't stand how I feel 24-7 I have so much anxiety I can't even focus on my school work. And I'm so paranoid and everything he does. The worst part is he keeps acting like everything is normal while everything feels weird to me now.im so confused I just wish someone would tell what to donor how I should be acting or I'd I am just going crazy
