Im doing "ok" today but honestly it's been a rough one.  My daughter (in her early 30s) has late diagnosed ADHD on top of some Autism, BPD, and Hashimotos.  She is on a real roll today.  Me and her grandma on the receiving end of someone who woke up super disregulated and has been roaring ever since.

I'd love to chat sometime but not about this mess lol usually anything but.
