@amiableJar7172 what's an LDR? I looked it up but it just said 'light development resistor'...some kind of mechanical thing.

Things that helped or are helping me with a long term relationships breakup:
- Learning more about grief and loss so it was a bit less mysterious and isolating
- Doing nice things for myself (for example: buy a couple pretty sets of underwear, a bouquet of flowers - daffodils are nice this time of year - line underwear drawer with scented paper and sachets of lavender and rose)
- Learning more about boundaries and practicing what I learn
- Learning more about health, wealth and happiness
- Affirming my value and worth over and over
- Believing I'll be well and can get through it
- Apps like Finch, Voidpets and In The Rooms
- Lots of YouTube videos like this one from Douglas Bloch, who was going through not just the dissolution of his relationship, but of his career and survived https://youtu.be/9kTsUJRs8Lo?si=cyu80KZ-zdyGQR4O
- Byron Katie's "the work" support sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday www.thework.com and lots of her videos too
- Workbooks, self help books, happiness notebooks, journals...investing in things that improve my well-being.
- Accessing the community I'm in for any resources, workshops or just a free coffee and listening ear
