Some phases don’t come with answers. You just learn how to sit through them.
There’s something no one tells you about life after 30.
It doesn’t break.
It just… changes.
Friends get busy.
Conversations fade.
And the life you worked for somehow feels unfamiliar.
You sit in a new city, a new room, and wonder,
why doesn’t this feel like peace?
I’m in that phase right now.
People say, “Take it one step at a time.”
But thoughts don’t come one at a time.
They come all at once. Loud. Uninvited.
Some days, I just want this phase to pass.
No answers. No clarity. Just… pass.
But here’s what I’m learning.
Maybe courage isn’t having it all figured out.
Maybe it’s this.
Showing up.
Staying.
Living through the mess without running away.
So if you feel lost too…
Stay.
You don’t have to understand this chapter yet.
Just don’t stop writing it.
@Lynda30 so true, they said that it's the transitional period...hugs to you🫶
