Life?!?

I just turned 40 in December. I'm absolutely shocked I've made it this far and life has been an absolute spiral the last 4 years. Divorced, lost my house in said divorce, lived with an alcoholics for 2 years after that, lost my rental home (landlord sold it) in the covid mess, lost my job, hospital stay (non mental), moved in with my much younger boyfriend and have been just struggling financially, trying to get out of debt, he lost his job... I just.... Never thought I'd be dancing so close to being homeless. I'm so tired. I'm not sleeping, I haven't been on psych meds for we over a year, stress is making my diabetes a bit worse. The only upturn lately is that I have a job I love.
