Do you have any insurance of any kind? I just found out that my insurance offers free online therapy online through a particular app. It’s not well advertised though so just thought I’d throw it out there in case your insurance might have something similar.

Check your local university to see if they have a free counseling clinic open to the community. Also call your local mental health agency to check if they can help.
