I love squash, zuchini, spinich, honey crisp apples, grapes, and brocoli.
Breakfast, specifically bacon eggs hashbrowns sausage gravy

fruits , all kinds and alot :)
Ooo pasta would be tempting but it's such a heavy food!! I would have to say fruits and vegetables because they are fibrous to keep one satiated and provides a lot of nutrients
