Country Roads
Hey, im a Montana girl. Been struggeling with mental illness all my life. After being severly traumatized, 15 years ago...I have been drinking. Except for almost a month i recently spent in jail. Im scared of the sh*t life Ive created. Ive lost the ability to trust myself. So trust nothing. I feel grimy, in the company of those i used to call friend. Im glad to find thos group. I need to reel in the posible growing consequences, of living a life no one but God, still cared about. Thank you for your time
Hay. Montana is a beautiful place my friend told me. I know life can be tough but believe me it is worth. The more u know urself, the more u feel amazed. If u want to talk about anything I am here
Thank you
@Goodturtle77
Thank you, I think I may take you up on that offer soon
My pleasure
@Goodturtle77
hey, so if i may? I need help with dealing with death. Feeling unsure of this topic being appropriate?
Why are u afraid of death?
Know ur purpose than death would not be miserable
@Goodturtle77 In this situation I fear the eminent death of my 91 year old Grandma. She fell, and was injured, ive only ever experienced sudden, sometimes traumatic, losses. Im unfaliar with how to deal with someone i love slowly fading
I understand. I know it hurts. We want our loved ones to stay forever. All I can is be with her and may be help her
@Goodturtle77 I help her as much as i can. In a frantic overbearing way, the only way i know death is sudden. Panic and really just barely holding it together to function, as no not make an unbearable situation worse, this is the only way I've known death. She is one of 2 people left who tether my soul to this world. I love and still need her. I look her in her eyes, there is a fear ive not seen before, how do i mourn the smaller losses, help her come to some peace, and still maintain any kind of mental health? I guess im asking for really practical normal reactions a stable and healthy person would have?
And I'm a rural Montana guy! Work on getting some counseling on those traumatizing issues!
I hope you stay blessed
