i know divorce is hard and often leaves us discombobulated. However, this is a new start for a new you! You get to choose what you do, think, and feel every day. You get to focus on you and what you want every day! This is amazing and a great way to view each day forward.

Today I am going to a women’s event. I’m excited!!
That’s awesome! I hope it was fun and you met happy, exciting people. I am in a yoga teacher training with some fantastic women who are really supportive and encouraging. Sometimes, this is just the boost we need. 😊
