New so Hello

So the name is Json and well I am here to seek help and maybe be helpful or at least that is my goal. Been dealing with Depression and anxiety most of my life but it's been getting harder dealing with it. I have a deep longing to return to the past as well *post 2000s* and I dont think that is helping me much either.

Anyway thanks for reading my intro. Hope we can all help each other out :)
