Hello, I'm 40 and turning 41 in a few months. I enjoy activities such as reading, knitting, Barre, Yoga and Middle Eastern Dance. I get energy both from spending time alone and socializing. Commonly my problem is not enough or any of a social life for various reasons and the trying to find ways to socialize.
