May not end them but talking can show you ways to deal with any issue and different perspectives on how to view your issues
@toughTiger6481 true. I think this is a very good answer. Talking about our troubles doesn't end them, but it does help lighten our burdens, when we share them with others. And I do enjoy getting other's perspectives on things!
@sensibleSquare3892 Hey, I like to think of this platform as.... you get what you put into it. So, if you are taking positive steps, setting goals and working towards a better you, and maybe even encouraging others along the way, then odds are good that thise things will nw reflected back and multiplied in your life as well. I hope that makes sense. I also hope that you find some encouraging connections here at 7cups.
Thank you for being here.

Like the previous people said: it might help venting to someone you can trust, but talking with a professional therapist who is truly interested in helping and guiding you through the difficult emotions and thoughts, can be very beneficial. Wounds will take time to heal, and it is a bumpy road to recovery.
Much hugs! And take care
yes u will be ok
No it doesn’t. But it helps to make you feel better,

I see no negatives in talking about the things on your mind.
What is the worst that could happen by talking about these things?
And the positives far outweigh the negatives.
Talking to others is a good thing to do.
And sometimes we can't find people in real life to talk to, but there are plenty of people to talk to here.
@gregariousBunny4035 I agree! There are so many helpful people here at 7cups!
