Dealing with ourselves.
I live alone somewhat by choice, somewhat by circumstances. I don’t handle “ drama” very well and it seems that that is all anyone wants to do is dramatize every little thing in life.
I can barely deal with myself and my issues. Between my severe depression, social anxiety, gender/sexuality issues, being overweight, literally losing my mind(forgetting things I did just seconds ago) , the list goes on and on.
I have no savings, no friends, no family and I am truly getting scared of losing my faculties much more and truly becoming a burden on society.
I don’t amount to much but I earn my way. I don’t want to be that person I am turning out to be.
Dealing with ourselves is ….. I don’t remember what I added this under.
I apologize. Sorry.

Hello, so glad to meet you.❤️. I so resonate with what you are saying. I don't like drama but that seems to be ever-present these days. I too am up in age and have begun to notice the things that I no longer can do as I once did and worry about becoming a burden on my daughter. I kind of have no family but have adapted to acceptance of that now. I am married but it feels like being alone if you get my drift.
I would like to say I don't feel you could ever be a burden on society❤️. I have begun to look at some different types of senior care now while I am able to see if I can get some things in place before I need it. Seeking out what types of programs might meet my needs and my budget.
Maybe you can start searching for resources in your state. I am always willing to meet a new friend and I am glad you are a part of the 7cups family. I hope you begin to feel better as the days go by.
@scarletPear1945 Thank you for being you, I am so grateful to you and all the others that have reached out to me even though I am a tightly wound ball of negativity. You have been very kind and supportive, along with the others who have reached out. I just wanted to make sure I reach out to all who have reached out to me and make sure everyone knows I am thankful for all of you. I don’t know how much longer I will have my faculties, and I am having a strange calm lucid want to reach out and say thank you and also apologize for my past rudeness moment. I’m not myself and it is scaring me. Forget the last part.

Dear friend, no apology needed❤️As I read, you have done well communicating and expressing your feelings, which is fantastic. Every step that you have taken to respond to us total strangers was a step in interaction and making yourself vulnerable. That was a major quest you accomplished, don't take it lightly. I commend you. You are courageous and thoughtful.
It has been my pleasure to meet you. You are not alone. We are here for you💖😊
@Iamwhoiamwhoami It sounds like you are dealing with many difficult circumstances in life (poverty, isolation, forgetfulness, etc.) Who you are isn't what happens to you, but how you choose to respond to it. Short term memory loss doesn't make you a burden (think of Dory from Finding Nemo!), it's just an obstacle to overcome. You are more than the amount in your bank account. You are a person worthy of love, appreciation, and respect, and blessed with unique talents, experiences, and insights. I hope this helps. Feel free to message me anytime if you would like to talk more about this. I hope you discover peace and happiness in your life.
