TW: Death, Dying, and Pizza
The assessment said "moderately severe" depression well think that is good all things considered.
Husband and I had multiple family deaths (!!!) drama health have to fight for every last thing in very unfair life.
Why is my life unfair? Well I am always fighting for God and angering evil thereby, and right now there is such a swarm of crapola coming at me can likely barely see me through the firestorm!!
Good things happened because we fought and weren't victims when bad stuff happened.
Some stuff did resolve! I got some serious attention on bad situations. Received some things I wanted. Marriage is ACE.
It is well worth it to roll not be victims. Life expectancy: SHORT. Worth it even so!!
Went to church tonight that was nice. Feel more connected to the community.
Remembered why hubby and I cut our families off; they actually are that toxic.

Depression no matter the severity is always a challenge. I hope you are finding some methods Of self care to help you. Be kind to yourself.
Families can be a struggle sometimes stepping back is a great coping strategy and a form of self care. 🤗
