I have strugled a lot, because of my belief system. I was thinking that by my age I have to to thi, this, this ..... I was unaware about the actions which I was doing and were also very valuable. Somehow I found my self in situation when I was doing lot of good things about my family which I was considering them as "normal thing" and was underestimated my effort. ant not doing things which I "should do" at that moment, which makes me nervous, frustrated, and anxious. At that period I decided that I will change my focus, and be come aware about the valueble things I was doing and underestimated, instead of puting focus on things which "I should do". These mede complete change in my life, and now instead of frustration and anxiety, Im experience hapiness during the day

@Laura

Life is not what I expected or planned but I still love it because it has allowed me to think in new ways, meet people I would have never dreamed of speaking to who turned out to be wonderful, and to challenged myself to turn my negative experiences into positives by helping others. Thank you 7cups for being a part of that.

I realised I posted this in the over 50 forum and that doesn't apply to me, but I feel a lot of the sentiments I expressed may be felt by a wide range of people no matter their age. :)

Couldn't agree more. Life at this age looked so different to me when I was 20 or 30. I thought things would be smooth sailing by now. WRONG! We have life long lessons, apparently, and the journey continues. I'm kinda diggin' it! angel
