I agree with @Tinywhisper11, coming here to share like you do, is brave.
But I hear you. You don't feel brave. And that's OK. I remember being complimented on my patience. It felt very wrong. It took me along time to realise how bursting with anger I was. It wasn't patience, it was an inability to communicate. So, maybe there is something that is stopping you from seeing your bravery. Anxiety, fear, lack of self esteem, whatever. I love how you say it as it is and are true to yourself. Allow yourself to be a nervous wreck, or furiously annoyed, or all of a dither, for a moment, if that's how you feel. Your feelings are valid. Thank you for sharing them.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give myself a 10. What I love about myself. I have grace, patience, and kindness, I'm thoughtful but sometimes stubborn. I love myself for being unique, caring, and thoughtful to others. My best friend would say that I'm kind and hard-working, but need to be more gentle with myself and allow space to embrace me more and smile more and exhale. 😊
