I never buy cauliflower but it was on sale and the heads looked nice and big so I bought a couple. I save the stems for soup or stir fry and cut out the core and steam the flowerettes for 5-7 minutes so a fork goes in gently. They are delicious and a whole cup only has 5 grams of carbs.
I made a mock potato salad cubing cooked cauliflower that was cooled and adding one part mayo and 1 part yogurt with a few splashes of hot sauce and a delicious cold summer treat. A little dill weed is wild!

I had mock potato salad with onions boiled eggs mayo and yogurt and cooked cauliflower. I feel less hot than if I eat a heavy carbo meal.

When they plow the whole garden in the spring, before they measure out the plots, they put something in the soil... not sure what. But the soil in this garden was very good that year. Got at least 5 big heads. And they tasted soooo good.

Nice! My soil in the garden is also much better this year and I hope to get bigger heads too. Seems Mother Nature wants to help everybody a bit 😊

I never heard about this game so I checked it on the internet. It seems that it trains hand-eye coordination but there are many other games to try out. I hope you enjoyed the social interaction though.

Well, I got a new client, and it has been a new experience getting used to other people's ways and how they do things.
I am finding myself leaving my comfort zone to comply to their needs.

I did something new today. I finally did a more complicated design. A 3d pincushion in the shape of a wedding cake. It turned out so cute. I'll take a picture and share in the hobby type threads... So proud of me.
