50+ community Check-in March 16-19, 2020
Hello
Hello everyone in the 50+ Community. Hope your all had a good weekend.
When you have a problem and talk about it instead of just silently think about it you use 2 different parts of the brain. By sharing negative emotions the brain is less impacted, we feel less stressed.
If there is something on your chest, please consider sharing it with a friend, here or with someone you simply feel comfortable with.

@amiablePeace77 I just got out of the hospital with pancreatitis and congestive heart failure. Now I have to face the chaos of finding groceries for my sons. Still to weak to do anything but I have to go out or we go hungry. Programs available for drive through government sponsored meals if you're under 18 or over 60. We don't meet the criteria. Frustrated but forging on.
@mutter3 I'm so sorry to hear about all that you are going thru. Where I live some of the grocery stores and Walmart have a service in which a shopper does all of the shopping for you and they load the groceries into your car. I hope that you can find some helpful service where you live.
@adventurousBranch3786 Thank you❤
@mutter3
So sorry to hear about your pancreatitis and congestive heart failure
. This must have been scary for you and your son. Hope things are better now and wish you a soon recovery. It's understandable that you can't do anything whilst just having left the hospital, you need rest. Sorry you're not meeting the criteria, seems that cases like you have not been taken into consideration, hmm. Could you order food and get it by a cab?
@amiablePeace77 ❤💕💖
