I notice this in myself. Not sure if others feel this way too. When I focus on what is going wrong, everything seems to be more of a mess. When I focus on what is right, I feel lighter and more joyful.

I agree, being too judgemental makes it difficult to open our hearts to everyone and share our happiness and kindness and receive theirs.

As others have said, I see that in myself. I'm stuck in a rut or even many ruts in my behavior and this keeps me from getting anywhere.
As for others' behavior, there are things I see people doing things that aren't good for them, but it's none of my business. They don't ask me what I think about it and I'm not going to butt in.
@WharfRat I hear you and agree telling others what to do is usually not received well. I do find it helps to not judge them and have compassion for them.
