That's a great way to pave the path for a good day! 
We can learn a lot from animals like cats, when they wake up they take the time to stretch to avoid injuries

What have you learned recently that improved the quality of your life?
Mmm... communication... I take the trouble to call more relatives and friends. It is nice to keep in touch with them as we have lots of time and less excuse , to do it now.

Had to smile a bit when I read, less excuse because often it is true. We have so much going on that we forget all about staying in touch with others.
By the way @amiablePeace77 , I saw on the news how so many flowers had to be destroyed in Europe as most flower shows , exhibitions and orders have been cancelled. Given a chance ,I would fill up every vase in my house with flowers and my porch too cause flowers have always never failed to lift up my spirit. Bless all those flowers and hope the farmers get some compensation from the authorities.

It's sad but for the safety of the people. One of the striking ones is the Flower show in Chelsea where our island Barbados won a number of gold and silver medals, but unfortunately had to be cancelled this year too.

What have you learned recently that improved the quality of your life? That my girlfriend was willing to marry me. Made my whole life much better
