When watching your fav tv show time can pass so fast without even realizing it but unfortunately binge watching does have some negative side effects on the body, so better to control the watch time.
Work non-stop (cleaning the house, my job, cooking, kids homework). I am always in pursuit of balance.

Thanks. I think that I'm a little hardwired to work too much. I'm sensitive to it. But it's kind of like Newton's law of physics, a body in motion stays in motion a body at rest stays at rest. I imagine that even at my lowest point as long as I keep moving forward and productive direction that at least I know that I'm making some level of progress.

Our minds can spin in circles, repeating the same thoughts over and over again. Sorry that you're having to deal with this, it can be hard to change that pattern but I hope that with practice it will lessen, hugs. How do mindful grounding techniques work for you?
