My future goals are to continue on my healing journey for myself and no one else. This is an achievable goal.
I know I can achieve them because I am determined and I’ve suffered long enough.
Im naturally gifted at being double jointed( lol ) but on a serious note, I am an empath and I can see and feel the pain of others. Sometimes to point to where it drains my energy. I have been told this by many therapists, and through mindfulness techniques in therapy.

I could imagine that being an empath it might be hard at times to say no when someone is in need without feeling guilty. I hope that mindfulness will help you to find the right balance and prevent burn-outs. 💙

To finish the book I'm reading - it's called "Traumasexuality" and it's for men who were sexually abused when they were boys. It's pretty intense and I can hendle only a couple of pages at a time.
I'm also writing a horror story. It's a sequel to the story I just wrote. It's slow-going, too, but that's the way I write.

Maybe writing? I've had many ideas over the years, but most of them were stupid. I wish I could get the story I wrote read by somebody. One woman I know read it and liked it. Maybe she was just being nice.

I find some books can only be read slowly, particularly when we connect deeply with the contents, hugs. Sexual abuse of men is sadly often underrated, there needs to be more awareness about it in my view.
Have you thought about posting some stories (if possible) of your book in the https://www.7cups.com/home/hobbyzone/ ? I would love to read it.

Hi Ami:
Due to worsening health, it is impractical to set any big or long-term goals. I can only have the goal of getting through each day as it comes.
I don’t know that I can any achieve many goals - until I try.
I guess I am naturally gifted at science.

My future goals are…make positive improvements and changes in both my living situation and my progress dealing with my developmental and adult trauma, plus eliminating the "negatives", and adding in other positive things into my life when I become able. ❤️
I know I can achieve them because I’m…I have finally gotten fed up, am wanting and willing to do what is necessary for all this, am currently doing the things, including plans, reaching out to a lawyer friend for help--even though I so hated to ask for any help but know I need to do this, and realize how important it all is, and am able to finally accept that I not responsible for someone else who continues to do my "wrong in many awful ways," nor to others also. I have allowed this. It has taken a lot for me to get to this point and I am very grateful.
