Happy Friday everyone 
. I hope you will all have a great weekend.
Many of us grew up and are still growing up in the belief that self care is selfish, that talking to ourselves is strange, that hugging ourselves is a nono but these are lies 
. It is not only okay to selfcare but it is needed, giving ourselves a peptalk supports us and hugging ourselves releases the feel good hormone oxytocin and the resulting calm allows for better productivity and problem-solving. 
So, today, I like to share a link for a Hugging Pose
When doing this for the first time, you still might feel strange but after a while it usually changes and you hopefully will feel the deep love and comfort you are able to give yourself soon.

I'm not fifty yet but it's not far away. Hope that's okay. It seems I might be back at cups for support. Had a very brief conversation with a Listener.. just trying to figure out where to go from here. Was suggested I use the growth path, growth path suggested I post in a forum. This seemed most fitting place.. I don't know but I think I need help/support maybe.

Nice to see you again, it's totally okay to come here, whether you're 50+ or not Following the growth path is a good way to find exercises, like posting in the forums, to help yourself and to connect with others again.
