What is the most miraculous thing you ever experienced in life? When I was young, my family bought a sailboat. We went sailing for the first time shortly after Christmas, with some friends. The engine conked out, and we had to sail to Catalina Island. We spent the night in a small cove. At midnight, my sister came down yelling "abandon ship". A storm had blown up, and was pushing us towards the rocks. My father came up, cut the anchor line and sailed us out of there. How he sailed us out of that cove I will never know, but am eternally glad.

Wow, what an experience! You described it so vivid that I could almost imagine myself being in the boat, fearing the stormy waves and then the relief of getting out into safety. I am glad your father could handle this situation so well to bring you all into safety.

On an interstate, my car broke down, in the pouring rain. As we got out to walk to a rest stop (2 miles away), before cell phones were invented 2 guys pulled up to see if they could help. They weren't able to fix the car, but they gave us dry flannel shirts. A few minutes later a couple pulled in front of us and the wife got out asked if we needed a ride. We said yes , just to the rest stop. The husband asked were I lived , I told him and he knew exactly where it was and took me and my friend straight to my house. There were several miracles that day.

Definately looking at my first born , She gave me courage with a capital C. Then and Now

I can only imagine how amazed and proud you were, holding her for the first time. New borns are like miracles of life.
@amiablePeace77 . Yes .. Both, my spouse and I , felt so blessed indeed.
When I was 13 my father had a massive heartattack. He died for almost two mins and came back to life on and off for the next day untill be was stabilized. Is was in the ER for 7 or 8 hours. And he's still here 10 years later.

That must have been a very scary experience for you at that young age, I am glad he survived and is still around.
The most miraculous thing are the following
It has been 40 years since I graduated
It has been 40 years since I stared my first full time job
It is the 30th anniversary with my girl friend
It has been 20 years since my father passed away
My mom is well and will celebrate her 92 birthday in June
And finally, l turn 65 in May
!!!!!
