Helpful addition to those courses. Knowing how to do upholstery can come in handy. I hope not being good at it does not stop you from playing piano if that is something you enjoy.

Thanks for the ideas. I will work on them. I think I need to do some research on letting go and mindfulness. These are wonderful topics that I can work on for quite a long time.
Where should I begin with learning to let go? Any suggestions and examples would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, something I find helpful is to look at something I cannot change right now in my life and need to accept for the time being. By acceptance I let go of the unhelpful urge to change it right now.

Maybe you remember that I disagreed in the quote of Alexander Pope. I googled him and he has written a lot! Do you read him much? I still mean that a person without expectations is a ded person. But it is the 3. time I meet this wiev of not having e. If a take a bit of chocolate, I e. it to taste good. If I start to walk to my kitchen to make myself a breakfast, I e. that i can do the task.

continuing to reach out and help some others in life as they need help in the ways they need it

keeping on going separate lists of regular life deaths and covid deaths from the past 1.5 years to know and best remember my loved ones

Identity theft is very serious and can be very stressful. I hope things can be cleared up and you get a good protection for the future.

Hi, awesome week. Finally found an apartment for my mama, who lives far from me (4-hour drive). My goal is to help her plan the least stressful move-out/move-in plan. Excited to figure it out in a way that makes her confident that she's making the right decision. She's starting to get a little forgetful and has taken a few falls, so I'll gain peace once I'm able to check in on her once a week instead of only by phone.

I think that is an awesome goal, and I know your mother will really appreciate that so much. Yes being able to visit your mom is going to be a lot better for the both of you. I thank God for children that look out for their parents, It says a lot about your character. I believe you will figure out the best way to get the job done to both of your satisfaction.
