I'm new to this site. And truly don't know what to expect other than to share my conditions with others and possibly find some like minded friends and develop some coping techniques which I have very few of at this point. I'm facing a liver and kidney transplant as well as other conditions. I don't use social media often and really don't know what to expect from it but I thought I would give it a try. Thanks

Welcome Basketcase, nice you found this site. I am so sorry you are facing the rough medical transplants soon, when you can. That alone is very scary. I bet it takes a lot to alone cope with that part. I wish you the best with those!
There is lots of different kinds of support on this 7cups site. It offers all different kinds and it is up to you to determine what areas of the site offer you the help you most want, need, and like. I hope you enjoy and can figure your way around it all and like some of what you find.
