Good Morning
I just started Therapy: I had chest pains a few months ago late one night; I told myself if I wake up in the morning I will go to the Doctors office. I woke up, still alive and I went to the doctor. The Doctors office put me in a wheel chair and carted me off to the Emegency Room. While waiting in the ER I stood up and walked out of the ER. They called me, but I refused to go back. Instead I looked to see if my Insurance paid for Mental Health supports... It does cover Mental Health. I am here because for years October 10th has been my add it all up date once a year to Continue on or to Expire... I have always continued on... I told my Therapist about October 10th and she had me sign up for 7cups on October 8th. I found the 50+ section and just decided to post this.... I will not investagate any heart issues, but I like going to Thearpy.... Therapy is more affordable than dieing and paying ER bills, Now that I typed this I am fated to live to 110 years Continued.
I am very glad to meet all of you. My goals have nothing to do with a long life, but a possibilty of a short life has my imagiantion chirping.
Hi everyone. I got 5 more months till I turn 50 but thought I'd join this community anyway. :)
May you all have a wonderful day.

@Clover77 hi there, welcome to the community!
Good Afternoon,
My commuting daydreams had me thinking of the paths I would follow if I let my desires for the Sentimental and the Romantic take hold without reflecting on how they have afflicted me in the past. The first thing I would do if unrestrained would be to flirt with old girlfriends and humans being who they are I would have a success rate of some degree. I would enter the sentimental Romantic delusion. It would end bad and I would be crushed. I need to remind myself of this. Crushed, Foolish, and embarrassed. I would then silently blame the other person ( which I can do when I am completely delusional) when I was younger I had recovery time after these activities. I speak/ type my weakness out loud because I entertain contacting old memories.
I am in a good place not chasing after young folks pursuits.

The unsent letter...
Dear So and So,
Since we last spoke, I was quite broken. Once you spill the wine it is very hard to put it back in the bottle—impossible even. All you can do is to put the cork back in place and save what is leftover.
I have found a path that makes me feel whole and not broken. The path involves giving up the Sentimental and the Romantic. This means giving up a lot (no Sentimental list of Romantic sacrifice provided.) My new path is delusional in its own undertaking. Since the path is delusional I have named it my new religion. Religious folks like myself are notorious hypocrites. I will not apologize, I would do it all again, and hope for jubilant results.
...And? Since I would do it all again—is why I will not send this letter. Let 7 cups enjoy my suspicious happiness of finding a path.
Sincerely,
Pete
Good morning always supposes good coffee, at least this discussion proves that. Any recommendations on a good coffee maker? Preferably affordable, 2k $ is expensive for me. Keurig seems like not bad brand, I currently tend to a Keurig K-Mini K15 from this review , it is compact and price is rather loyal as for me.
Good Evening,
Im starting to see how this works. My waking thoughts were, I have done everything that I have ever wanted to do... Why go on? Then I woke up...Im fine when I can shut off the mind... distractions.
Good Morning,
I have been living and working on the Navajo Reservation. It has been very interesting reading the newspapers and learning the current events. The landscape is wonderfully different than what I
@PeterJC good morning! I wish you all the best in yet another unique journey.
Good Morning,
I had a few days of Traveling and with it poor sleep. It took 3 days to recover a good attitude, but? I think I have.... The end of the world always seems near with a drowsy feeling. 300 miles of driving through dense fog destroyed my outlooks... but? I
