I am hopeful seeing how people help people in a challenging situation whether here at 7 Cups or in real life tragedies. Many people care about other people.

Many things give me hope. The grace and salvation of God offered in Jesus Christ. The beauty of the natural world. The happiness of my children. The joy of family. The exuberance, laughter, playfulness of my grandsons. An unhurried drive on a sunny day. The satisfaction of making valuable contributions to my work team. Random good works I hear about others doing. Good music! Singing! I'm sure I can think of more. :-)

Jesus.
Family.
Friends.
Knowing that situations and emotions are temporary. Even at the end of the worst storms there is a rainbow.
I joint seven cups to let people see that in the darkest of times, it only takes one person to shine a light, by smiling at someone, by listening, by using a kind word, by easing someone's burdens.
All of these actions translate into HOPE!
People coming on here everyday and seeing how people have overcome the worst and saddest of obstacles gives them hope, they to can come through it 💜

I really like what you said about people coming here and see what others have been through and that this gives them hope! It's true, often we think something is impossible to bear but when we hear success stories from others we can feel encouraged!
@amiablePeace77 💜 sometimes the most isolating factor is thinking we have something wrong with us and it can be so helpful to see others go through the same thing and we are not alone.
I get hope from other people's examples. They have done well, so maybe I can do well, too.

My art & wood projects, that they will outlast me by years or even decades, so other people will see them & know that I lived once (even if they have no idea who I was). Apart from that...not much.
