@amiablePeace77 i haven't really figured that out yet. I do know the I'm more calm than I am. Outraged, or I take things better than most, even though i'm really the one going through something.I'm just not really sure

@amiablePeace77i felt it tension and anxiety and sweating chest pain and bad breath and feeling afraid head neck pain

@amiablePeace77 For me what keeps me emotionally stable-my family, prayer, God, having gratitude, acceptance of self and finding appreciation in as much as possible on things I do and what others do for me. Oh and being given the gift of helping others when te time calls for me to do so.
