If I could, get up in the morning and watch the sunrise, then take a walk on the beach. I would come home and play with Rosie, my dog, and take her for a walk. When I was done I that I think I would probably work on a project, like I need to recover some chairs’ seats. I would seen the afternoon on the deck reading. In the evening I like to watch the news, and then a baseball game on tv. That would be a good day, but it would be better with another person.

getting up at 5. shower and a light breakfast. bus ride to school in which i read or mind dump on a page. school day where i never felt unprepared or behind, as i tend to. mathematics and music classes. come back, take a shower, sit down to revise what i studied at school and complete assignments which i have no problem understanding. have tea, something to eat, journal, watch philosphy or mathematics videos. go for a walk in the park, maybe, when it's still light. read, have dinner, go to bed at 9.
what i noticed here, kind of obvious, it's mostly based on productivity. as if the ideal life is equal to maximum efficiency? maybe that's a mindset i need to get out of. i've been noticing lately that i've solely been measuring the value of my existence by the amount of work i get done, and maybe that causes two things; me being reluctant to work, and me not being happy because i didn't work. maybe it's a cycle i created where i can't win unless i break it. the guilt productivity loop.

Your days seem to be pretty busy with things to do. When you go to school, there’s often not much time left for fun activities. Something I learned is that the more balance I have between work and leisure time, the more I enjoy working/learning, and I believe it increases productivity too. Judging your worth only by how much you get done can be unfair or unfairly make you feel like you're not enough.
One where I can breathe , where the air is fresh and crisp , where decisions are not so difficult, where triggers dont exist, where sleep finally comes easily and waking up rested instead of anxious ..

Thank you so far all ive gotten is " okay" from the therapist when I mentioned them ..its ok though ive been manning this ship for 50 years .. sometimes i think im about as useful as screen doors on the titanic lol
