We all have our good and bad days. Not every day is going to be a good day, thats just the way it it, but what is actually a good day?
How do you define a good day?

A good day for me begins and ends with a good night's sleep. 😴
It seems as though I can handle the day's ups and downs a bit better when I've had a restful sleep.

Lifer, I feel so too. When I sleep well my nerves are rested, calmer, kind of having a buffer for possible triggers. Hope you will sleep well.

Interesting question! I define a good day by generally being in a good mood throughout most of the day and a day full of positives compared to a bad day where most are negatives, if that makes sense :)
My weekend was full of work but other than that, it was pretty good!

Hi Erica, it makes totally sense what you said. Good mood and positivity go hand in hand to me and luckily there are many things how we can influence our mood, like music to just name one.

Kids are not fighting or getting mouthy
Animals give me kisses and hugs
My job has no drama or bs but act like professional adults
Sometimes also a good day is just enjoying my family

Rumple, I can see that when kids are fighting it can become very stressful - being a parent is definitively not an easy job, but I believe you are a great parent. Wish you lots of good days
