Weekend Check-In June 28-30, 2019

Hi everyone in the 50+ community. How was your week, did everything go as planned or were there some hiccups?

I wish you all a wonderful weekend. Here are some thoughts for the weekend I like to suggest:

What is something healthy you really like to and can eat this weekend?

Where would be the nicest available place to sit for 15 min. and show yourself compassion in form of a self-massage, self-love meditation, putting one hand on your heart, the other on your stomach - or just something to connect to yourself and make you feel loved?

What is an exercise you would like and can do for lets say at least 15 min.?

What are 5 nice things you can tell or compliment yourself? Saying, you did a great job by starting the day is a big one already!

With whom could you connect, call a friend, a neighbour, talk to the lady in the supermarket?

Would you do these things to make you feel good? Do you think it could become a habit?
