I guess with growing older, I'm less clueless with more life experience so adapting is more straightforward. I know there will be options. I'll give myself time to figure out what's best.
I'll think about the past and what I did then. I know my patterns better, sometimes in the beginning, I feel overwhelmed and confused so I'll make space, where I can focus on that one thing alone, which makes it bearable.

Too many things happening at once and a lot of times I’m not able to process it bc I don’t have the time to.
What is one thing that helps?
Creating a consistency plan as I like to call it. Like for supply shortages if I notice it running out at certain times I’ll note it and in the future add more to it before the current amount of supply completely runs out. For crazy weather I’ll make as many preparations for it as possible for them. As for new tech idk bc that’s just flowing as fast and constantly as new media content is at a never stop never ending pace

A lot has changed with the way things are approached, such as ‘politically correct’ or ‘socially acceptable’. Back in the day we just spoke our minds. We were more blunt and honest. Since I’ve gotten older I’ve learned I don’t always have to respond. I’m doing a lot more listening and a lot less talking. I don’t feel the need to have an opinion on everything or fill the silence.
