What is it about people in your life that makes you happy to be around them? It is often how they make you feel. The connection and presence are positive ways that others can feel connected and loved. Their sparkle is the being left and you feel that.

How do you notice this sparkle in life? It could be a sparkle in someone’s eye when they smile or a spring in someone’s step or being polite or being a volunteer or being kind or generosity of spirit or the gift of presence for a friend when needed etc.

This type of sparkle definitely adds light to YOUR days and YEARS to your life. It adds quality to your life that is very tangible when extended and often returned.
