I came home from a doctors appointment in the pouring rain. He surprised me by coming out the door with an umbrella to escort me. I must say it was a nice sparkle surprise 😊.

Who do you have in your life that brings that sparkle to your life and you are grateful for their presence? I have some wonderful listeners and members here at 7 Cups that really make a difference in my life and time here at 7 Cups.

How do YOU leave sparkle in your life for others in your sphere of family and friends? I try to keep a positive, supportive attitude to everyone they meet. and the way I live my life will hopefully inspire others.

I feel a sparkle in my life when i meaningfully connect with someone. It could be something as big as like having a long term friend here who is ready to support me when I'm hurt, or something as little as a stranger being genuinely grateful when i helped them load big item in their car trunk. I believe in spreading love around if i can. Especially as i was not good about it in my previous life.

Sparkle is that good feel feel in your heart. Most people are good after all, at least most of the time.

I have friends here on 7cups who make me happy. @FirstLightofDay , @AutumnWitch , or is it @TheAutumnWitch , (I can never remember), @HealingTalk , @BooksHugsAndTea6730 , #BubbleGumPuppy68 , @PoliteOcean , @BestVase7265 , and more that I know I am not remembering their name. But still when I see them in sharing circle or the forums, and we give a polite hello and a smile to each other, I feel warmed in my heart and soul.

I also have a friend on another website, Samuli, who always drops cute cat videos in my inbox. He means a lot to me. :)

Family and friends are overseas but I keep in touch with them on the phone trying to uplift them with all the stories about the monkeys in our garden and be there for them to just listen😃

The only bird that dares to peck the eagle is the crow.

It sits on its back and bites its neck.

My Spouse and My Dog 'Winston' the Prime Minister. My spouse, whom we just recently celebrated 20+ years. While I probably do not deserve the relationship, but am reminded that I do not do enough to share and show my love and appreciation. (One of the many characteristics that is need of work.) Winston, our precious Puppy Love, the PM, the one that was brought into our lives so we may have the pleasure to serve him. LOL

OH My, there is always a hard one dropped in. I honestly don't think I do. Truth can hurt at times. Internally I dislike\detest almost everyone (To me it is rare when I meet a Sparkle). I see the negativity and stupidity of humanity. I keep most of it to myself because I don't like hearing from others pessimistic attitude. So I try not to be "one of those people".

Outside of Winston and my Spouse, The struggle is real for me to see Sparkle
