@BeyondTheInvisible Since I've gotten older I find that more of the things I enjoy like sewing and other crafts are taking center stage for me. When I was younger those things seemed so "old fashioned". Perspective, right?

Nice you are enjoying them, I was enjoying these tings also when i was 20 something and it was at that age i started knitting, so LOL...suppose depends also on someone's personality

Hi Jolivette, I find youtube is always very helpful to learn stuff. Heard that knitting is a kind of "mental exercise"

I enjoy cooking! I wanna get into baking too.

Both for me. I find cooking like an art form

What are the hobbies you discovered growing older? Yoga and meditation (not really a hobby but s.th. I do) craft, like designing and building things, art, more cooking
Do you enjoy them alone or with someone else? Alone
Are they meant to relax or are they sort of new interest, for you? These are things which I was always interested in but never took the time for them. Yoga + med to relax, the others to have fun

I've discovered a love of learning, so I'm studying a second degree in Psychology right now. It helps keep my brain working and I'm interacting with others, just likeus here on 7cups, so far I love it!
