Fallen and I got up.
It was a bit scary falling in my yard in the snow and ice. I did take comfort that I was able to get up on my own and luckily didn’t seem to hurt myself. The jolt to my left shoulder was pretty significant. Yeah - for me. Anyone of us older folks have this happen and feel good that you walked away?

I'm so sorry you feel.
Glad you are ok.
Hoping the shoulder is not too sure today 💜💖

HI Hemlock,
Glad to hear that you are ok after your fall and your were able to get up without any major injuries.
I took a spell a few years back and my left shoulder has never been the same.

Hello, I hear the weight in your words; the exhaustion, the loneliness, the longing for care.
Sharing that pain shows strength, even when it feels invisible.
You are not a burden; sensitivity is proof of humanity.
Family distance can cut deeply; it is natural to grieve the closeness you once had. Wanting love and presence from a parent is not a weakness; it is human. Their absence does not define your worth.
Falling and rising again reminds us of resilience; even small victories matter.
Getting up, steadying yourself, and carrying on is proof of strength.
@amusingHemlock669. I didn’t fall but my partner fell a few times. (We are older) It was scary and a big relief to me when he was able to get up and had no injuries! I’m glad you didn’t have any injuries
